Andrew Saunders — Co-Founder
Andrew has spent over 20 years in senior business development, sales, and marketing roles within the legal sector — helping organisations grow, strengthen relationships, and create commercial opportunities that deliver lasting value.
He has a particular talent for bringing people, ideas, and strategy together — finding the point where good relationships and smart thinking translate into real results. His approach is straightforward and people-first: he believes that strong business relationships are built on trust, honesty, and clear communication, and that is exactly how he operates.
Outside of work, Andrew values time with family and friends and enjoys travelling when he can — a balance he brings to his professional life too.
Chris Rodgers — Co-Founder
Chris has worked in and around the legal industry for over 22 years — both in-house at law firms and on the supplier side. That dual perspective gives him an edge that pure agency marketers rarely have: he understands what it actually takes to run a law firm, not just to market one.
His track record speaks for itself. He has grown law firm panels by over 400%, increased department revenues by 500%, and redesigned client payment processes that reduced settlement times from six months to just 18 days.
Chris specialises in personal injury, medical negligence, property, and wills and probate — and is an avid deal-maker across the mass tort and claims management space. Over two decades, he has built one of the most well-connected personal contact books in legal marketing.
